Sarah is a wife, mother, massage therapist and health enthusiast. Sarah has a passion for helping women live a life outside of pain both physically and emotionally. She highly values her relationship with God, her family, healthy eating & living, and homemaking. Her goals are to bless every women that God puts into her path. Whether it is through massage & bodywork, tips for healthy living or just a friendly visit over a cup of tea. Sarah became interested in massage therapy while she was going to school to become a physical therapist in 2005. She always had a passion for helping women specifically and at one point was wanting to open up a clinic just for women. While working at a physical therapy office she performed a lot of massages and decided that massage therapy better suited her personality.
In 2008 she became certified from Spencer Healing Institute as a Holistic Stress Management Coach and a Sports Yoga Instructor. She has also done several extra bodywork trainings such as Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Raindrop Therapy, and apprenticed at a Spa where she learned several extra pampering treatments.
Over the years Sarah has become very in tune with the human body. She has the gift of giving each client a massage catered towards their own personal and specific needs. Sarah is well known for giving a good deep tissue massage as well as relaxing lymph draining and Swedish massage. According to what that individuals body is needing is what she gives.
Sarah is committed to bring health and vitality to all the wonderful women that she has the honor of associating with. She uses only the highest grade of product, oil, and essential oils in all of her sessions. Whatever type of massage or treatment you are looking for come find it at Sarah's Healing Touch for Women.
