This website is dedicated to women with the intention to bless and encourage in one way or another.  Massage Therapy and Health instruction has been a passion and love of Sarah's for years.  Now that she is blessed with being a wife, mother, and homemaker she has taken on the task of intertwining her profession of being a massage therapist & health coach with her present home life.  She loves being able to show hospitality to others as they come into her home not only for therapy but for good discussion, a cup of tea, or just a hug.  Her hope is  as you visit her website  you will walk away with even just a few tidbits of wisdom and insight to help you live a healthy and happy lifestyle in your own personal life.
